In short. We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our forms. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. You can access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@parlefrancais.ca.

5. Transfers outside Quebec

Some sub-processors (notably Netlify) operate outside Quebec. In accordance with Law 25, we assess the level of protection offered by these jurisdictions and govern such transfers through appropriate contractual clauses. You can request the details of these assessments by contacting us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+), strict security headers (CSP, HSTS), restricted access to data, regular access reviews, incident logging. In the event of a privacy incident presenting a serious risk of harm, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the affected individuals, in accordance with Law 25.

9. Minors

The site is aimed at professionals; we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 14 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

This policy may evolve to reflect our practices or the legal framework. The last-updated date is displayed at the top of this document. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you by email or via the site.
